Kihara Amata (木原数多 Kihara Amata) is an antagonist in the original Toaru Majutsu no Index series. A member of the Kihara family, he displays a vicious nature befitting of the commander of Hound Dog. He is also a researcher, and most notably is the former mentor of the strongest esper in Academy City, Accelerator.
He is the main Science side antagonist of the Academy City Invasion Arc, as a counterpart to the arc's Magic side antagonist, Vento of the Front.

Amata is only seen wearing a pair of pants and a jacket over his black shirt which is somewhat similar to Accelerator's black and white...

Agnese Sanctis (アニェーゼ＝サンクティス Anyēze Sankutisu) is a Roman Catholic Church nun who leads a paramilitary force called Agnese Forces. A girl with a troubled past, her devotion to her religion makes her out to be a totally ruthless leader against enemies. She is first introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index as an antagonistic character, but later reforms and joins Necessarius, and is a representative of Roman Catholicism in England.

Agnese looks a year or two younger than Index, but still around the same height. She appears extremely thin, as her slim waist was even slimmer...

Meigo Arisa (鳴護 アリサ Meigo Arisa) is a level 0 esper. She is a singer who is aiming for a debut, and later, while performing in roadside concerts, wins an audition for the image song of the opening campaign for Endymion. She has a relation to a certain mystery, and according to Stiyl Magnus, could likely cause a war between the magic side and the science side.

She has pink hair and pink eyes. She wears a loose smock-like light pink shirt, and blue pants. One of her most notable traits is that she is often seen wearing what seems to be a light blue newsboy hat with a dove on the left...
