Tiny slips so far, yes, but honestly? These are exactly the things that will make Tony back out pretty fast - because they are the very things that are *not* making her "easy to be with", essentially. She didn't like his cologne, so she tells him to change it. She already niggles about him and Ziva on stakeout (and not really in a jealous way, more of a possessive "you should have called in" way). All of this is turning her into a cliché girlfriend, and it's not going to sit well with Tony in the long run. He's already starting to notice it, but trying to ignore it, so far - because he said it himself, if he shouldn't do it, it makes him want to do it more. It's only a matter of time until he realizes that EJ does *not* like him for who he is. That she will try to change him and that she will turn into a niggling, possessive chick pretty soon. (Gee, guess who can't wait for that to happen...)

Agree with the McAbby comments but I love s8 Abby w/ dating, though! And McGee being so oblivious to EJ/Tony is great. He is either too into Tiva to see EJ/Tony or he can't see EJ/Tony's chemistry.

The thing with Gibbs' rule 12 is he made it after him and Jenny broke up. but the had met going on the undercover op in Paris and, im pretty sure, broke up right after it was over...with Tony and EJ seems like the same thing just with a case thats going to last for a couple months. But if Tony and Ziva were to start dating it would be different because they have known each other for years and always have each others backs no matter what... thats my take on this whole... whatever you want to call it
