Don't worry sweetheart, Ziva will not die. Cote was seen filming the finale episode of this season so she definitely survive the crash. :)

She didn't die in season ten, it ends with another story, but NBC has just confirmed that she is now leaving the show, and for that, I really don't think she will die, they can't kill another women on the show and just replace her for another, the fans would be devastated -including me- but I don't see her leaving for no good reason, she has no family and she does not like Mossad, Cote de Pablo, actually NBC said that she will appear for some episodes in season 11, to "conclude" her story... I'm just too upset to create a validate theory of reasons why!!
