She had never been so insulted
This girl just stud there withstanding her sneer like it was the most hilarious thing in the world don’t get her wrong she had seen people laugh at her before but never while she had this look on and don’t think her conceded but she had also never been beat in a fight never in her entire life had she got into a fight that she could not win or at least tie
So with knowing this at least assuming tony had told the girl what she was capable of why was she just smiling at me … then I thought that I would teach her a lesson but she had learned early that you don’t ever take the first hit
Only to further her insult tony moved slowly in-between us but not to help me but to calm her with that I made the first move

ziva’s pov
Bang the sound came so unexpectedly that even she was not expecting it
Well she was expecting it but she was expecting to feel it not here in and when she saw tony go down that was just too much to process so she did what cam naturally she moved until she felt and herd her and make satisfying contact with the girl in front of her
When her carefully calculated blow did almost nothing to the woman in front of her she felt it was time to take off the child’s mitts or was it kids gloves oh well she would ask tony when he woke up
Shortly into the fight it became obvious that the girl had had some kind of training but it was also obvious that it was not anywhere near the kind she had but it was training none the less
Ziva could use the girls trading against her because she was taught that if they are trained in a structured way they will fight in a structured way and more than likely she was trained in self defense not in combat so she would me a soft target despite her trading
The down side to it is that she had to be careful not to kill the girl before the fight was over just to detain her

Abby’s pov
She watched the entire fight blow by blow and it was apparent that ziva was holding back but she could tell the girl would end up hurt so she was still anxious then she heard a crack that made her cringe and when she looked out the girl was on the ground handcuffed with her arm at an odd angle with a smiling ninja perched on her back ignoring the obvious pain the girl was in
“she lifted her up and said you are under arrest for assaulting TWO FEDURAL AGENTS,” then proceeded to read the girl her Miranda rights
While taking her to the car and saying to abby get tony make sure that he is ok I he will need to go to the hospital to make sure hi is ok hurry before this DIRT BAG starts to cry __________________________________________________
ziva’s pov
At me calling her a dirt bag she went ballistic and was saying things like you can’t arrest me arrest me and you’re not a federal agent or you tried to kill me I should have YOU arrested
At that ziva just laughed
IF I WAS TRYING TO KILL YOU, YOU WOULD BE DEAD and I would like to see you get me arrested

disclamer i own nothing but megan i made her up and i just wnat to let you no that ziva os taking her to the hospitel because my freind read it befor i whent to publish it and said it was crule to take her to the local Precinct so they will go to the hospital first even though i think that the girl should suffer
