She jumped back on the ship because she had a choice: to possibly physically die or lead a life that was killing her slowly. Deep down she knew that Cal and Jack were lying about there being another boat for Jack at least. She had had a life changing experience with Jack (I don't think she fell in love with him because I don't think you can fall in love that quickly) and she wanted to see it through.
She jumped because she couldn't let go of Jack,he was her true love and she loved him. Rose couldn't go,the only thing she had in her life was Jack,the only right thing and the only right choice was jump back to the ship and stay with her true love.

No Rose never loved Cal. If she did she might would have felt some sort of guilt on cheating on him with Jack. She was only marrying Cal just to please her mother for the man's money. Rose loves Jack. He's her one true love. The one thing that brought happiness into her life and the one thing worth fighting for to keep and who helped saved her and changed her life around to the good. Rose isn't going to give all that up just like that. She jumped back on to be with Jack, because she knew there might not be a chance for him on surviving. She couldn't handle on not being with him or seeing him again. If he was going to die then so was she. Thats all she wanted was to be with Jack. "You jump I jump" remember? She'll follow him anywhere just to be with him. Their love is that strong for each other.
