First of all... i would definitly say YES!
2)... i would ask where would you like to go?
3)... i would why did you ask me on a date?
4)... depending on her answer to 3, let nature take its cource from there ;)

I'm a girl so I would yes something like: "Are you a bit mad???" but if I was a boy I would say: "YEEES!!!!!"
