Honestly, i find Icy a better leader. A leader always respects everyone's opinions. This is a quality (along with many others) which Bloom does not have.

Bloom do Only whatever she wants to do. If she says "sit" everyone has to sit. this is totally unfair... while Icy is totally opposite. The Trix Actually work like a team better than Winx.

I also find that Icy has more of the leadership qualities. She's very determined and doesn't give up on goals. She's driven and knows how to keep things in check. She isn't easy to trick or manipulate. She has specific goals. Despite it all I think she's pretty good about keeping the other two just as determined as she.
Granted she's pushy at times. And while she does consult and consider the opinions of Darcy and Stormy at the end of the day it's usually Icy's way. But I feel like she does talk to them about plans more than Bloom does.
But most of my vote has to do with Icy's confidence and readiness. She has the qualities of a leader in her personality.

The Trix are obviously pretty good. As I was about to pick Bloom, I had read your comments about how Icy was just a better leader. I had seen good points about her planning and stregetiease like a Specialist. The Ice Queen is a proven leader.
