The Winx Club Do you find it to be kind of annoying how Diaspro was the one who had her fiance stolen but she was the 'bad' one?

I can't get behind Bloom/Sky for the sole fact that Bloom stole him from another woman. And the fact that they condoned it and made the victim seem like she was in the wrong, I don't like that at all. They made it seem completely okay that Bloom took another woman's man and on top of that they made Diaspro out to be a bitch for getting mad about it.

Originally I thought it was a set-up for a plot that would involve Bloom having to let Sky go with a moral about how you can't always get what you want, which would have been and interesting and brave twist for the writers to do. But they play it so safe with Bloom (making everything work out unrealistically perfect) to the point where even when she's in the wrong, she's the hero!

She's not the only protagonist writers have done this to either (it seems to be a pretty common thing in TV shows). But it's especially bad when not only does the protagonist gets away with something like this, but a technically innocent character is treated as a villain too.

This is exactly what bugs me. They totally could have turned it around and had her tell Sky that it's not right to do things like that--really he was toying with both of them to some degree. But instead of both ladies coming together to teach him not to cheat, they romanticized his actions and pit the two ladies against each other and then turned the one who was probably hurt the most into the evil one in the situation. And like you said But they play it so safe with Bloom (making everything work out unrealistically perfect) to the point where even when she's in the wrong, she's the hero! This alone is one of the main reasons why I do not like Bloom.

Oh most definitely, I've seen it on Once Upon A Time with Snow White. Bella Swan always gets away with shit she shouldn't get away with it. Harry Potter and co. ... Really this is one TV trope that I'd love to see destroyed. Male, female, I don't care, if they screw up they should be hit with a dose of realistic consequences.

Rainbow already messed it up but Nickelodeon messed it up more. I mean I'm very happy that Rainbow isn't working with Nick for season 7. Perhaps when we see Diaspro this season she'll be more developed.

I mean it doesn't have to end like Bloom and Diaspro become best friends or anything but for Diaspro and Bloom both to have a mutual understanding.

I know I mean the fans aren't liking this. If they fixed this problem the right way then perhaps the fans may like Bloom more and get a better understanding of her character. Not only that Bloom will get some character development which she really needs.

^^ To be honest it would take a lot more than fixing this to get me to like her. This is only one of the many reasons I cannot stand her. If they wanted me to like her what they'd have to fix first is how she pretty much has the spotlight on her all the time and how she's a pretty big Sue.

I think Sky is the "bad" one. After all, Bloom didn't know he had already somebody else and I don't think he was going to tell her that anytime soon. I don't hate Sky for that or anything tho. It was a horrible situation for all of them. I just hoped the writers would have had handled the situation better. Bloom and Diaspro fighting over some dude was just nah.

Tbh that's exactly why I never cared for Sky. He led two people on and I was kind of just like, I'll pass on that.
