I don't know squat about Avatar's characters, but I've heard Azula is pretty powerful. She and Icy could easily take down Bloom, and I'm pretty sure Icy could just freeze Katara over since she's a water-bender.

Katara can control ice, but she's not as good with it as Icy. And yeah I can see her being able to freeze Katara's water and render it useless.

Azula alone can take Bloom.

Icy and Azula would kill each other, bc of their same temper...

^ I feel like with the same goals that wouldn't happen. Icy maybe? But Azula (when not crazy) is more level tempered an calm and will work with anyone (even if it is in a manipulative sense) to achieve her means end. Azula doesn't really have an explosive temper. Villains in general seem to work well with each other when they wish to achieve the same thing as each other.

Katara is also my favorite character from Avatar.

I never really cared for Katara personally.
