I think Moon will win this round as she has her Silver Crystal which is lethal and can pretty much do anything

The reason Usagi is able to defeat enemies in one blow is because of the bonds she shares with the other guardians and Mamo. We've seen that when enemies have gotten the crystal in their grasp, that it hardly emits as much power as it should. It's love and friendship that powers her and when realizing this and overcoming obstacles that threaten the people she love is how she gets stronger (sharing her strengths with the other guardians as well). Everyone believes in Usagi and how passionate she is to right all the wrongs the enemies they encounter cause, which in turn makes her a better person and a better fighter--with better morales as well.

The Winx like Bloom but they don't depend on her like the other guardians do with Sailor Moon. Bloom is praised countless of times and the only reason why is because she's knocked enemies out with her amazing dragon fire (which is mostly in one hit too okay). The other Winx fought bravely, but, whatevs, Bloom came and saved the day with this one mecha-spell.

The Winx don't need Bloom in order to become stronger and fight enemies, so Bloom is essentially useless. Without Usagi, the guardians wouldn't know where to go or what do to. They can definitely fight, but that's not what I'm saying here. They have a goal in their mind, which is to protect their princess at all costs. The Winx, it's not their duty to protect Bloom and they can easily get missions done without her. She is not mandatory to their operation. It's this undying love and resilience that allows the guardians and their princess to be so powerful, because they trust each other so much. That's why Usagi has such powerful weapons as the Holy Grail or her Eternal Tiare.
