I didn't really care for Wiseman when watching SM. Also didn't care for Darkar either really...but anything that goes after Bloom is good enough I guess.

I know that most of the Sailor Moon fandom disagrees with me but I think that the Wiseman was actually a pretty good villain.He managed to manipulate the whole Black moon clan to fight against Crystal Tokyo,he killed Prince Saphir after he found out about his true intentions,turned Chibusa into Black Lady(turning the daughter against her own mother and father.How more evil can it actually get?)and would have almost killed Sailor Moon if it wouldn't have been for Prince Demando.Lord Darkar on the other hand was pretty much too stupid for my taste.Why the hell did he turn Bloom into Dark Bloom instead of just getting her damn power for himself?This pretty much doesn't even make sense.

Lord Darkar is amazing and probably my second favorite villain for the Winx series.
