"On behalf of the Mars, I will punish you!". She is my second favorite sailor scout! I know she can't fly but she is dreadfully stronger and more powerful then Bloom. Bloom is lame while I love Rei's personality.

If it's serenity then probably serenity.To me bloom's stronger than sailor Mars as due to the dragon fire.I mean imagine this after probably 6 hours of fighting(lol) bloom will win to me because she'll pull a "I love my family,the universe and I got to win for them" moment like she did in the end of season six and bloom wins mostly because sailor mars think she's defeated and bloom let's out raw and emotional power which susprise sailor Mars, and sailor mars would be defeated due to the element of surprise and she didn't have time to raise a shield to protect herself.
