I'm not sure if this has been done by someone else before, but I decided to start something called Fan of the Character of the Month (FOTCOTM). This is just like FOTM but instead of voting for the most active user, you vote for the user who's the biggest fan of the character that I choose. For example; let's say I choose Bloom. You have to nominate the person who you think is the biggest fan of Bloom. I thought of informing you guys instead of just putting up the forum like that. Also, this month is almost over so it would be pointless to put it up now. By the end of the month, I will check the results and if most people say yes, then I will start the forum.
