IDK, Bloom does always end up saving everyone, also in Season 1, when she got her Dragon Flame back, she was really powerful.

Stella is more experienced than Bloom; her powers are over the two most powerful things in the universe; and she knows how to use her powers. I don't see why people automatically assume that Bloom is the strongest just because she has the dragon fire. Daphne had it to, but she still lost to the Ancestral Witches. Her parents had it too, and they were both imprisoned by Valtor and Mandragora. The only time it's really used to it's full potential is when she gets angry, or when the Trix had it. Other than that, all she does is fire measly little fire attacks.

I think that both of them are quite a tie; Stella knows how to do massive attacks and Bloom has solid power.

Personally, Bloom is the strongest to me, so Bloom.

Stella is 2nd. The dragon fire is quite powerful and she has it. People call her a Mary-Sue which differs opinions wise ,but that can't effect who you think is more powerful. I was leaning towards Stella ,but Bloom saved the day lots. Very powerful and her character was designed to be the lead and more powerful than the others.
