HELLO WINX FANS! :D

So, here is where you shall post your suggestions for the spots new banner.

ATTENTION!

Do not just say that this is just a normal contest, this is a very important contest: It will change the spots icon and it will be up there for awhile. Better take this seriously, or some stupid banner will be the new banner for this spot.

Very Important Rules You MUST Follow:

1. Users will only be allowed to post TWO banner suggestions.

2. Users will credit the creator of the banner and where they found it.

3. Users will NOT post anything rude or offensive during this process.

4. During this picking session, do NOT ask other users to vote for you. That is CHEATING! Also, DO NOT just vote for your friends during the picking session. It is not fair, and completely biased.

5. Banners can NOT be smaller than 800x100 pixels. If not, all of the banner will not show up. And we wouldn't want that now would we?

6. Failing to obey any of these rules will make the user(s) kicked out of this contest completely and if anything offensive was posted during this session, they will be reported to papa and they're account(s) will surely be SUSPENDED for awhile.
