Make up and spectacles? It's really simple. Try and match or balance it with your spectacle frames. So, if you have big frames, keep the make-up really simple. Perhaps simple kohl liner and that's it. Forget the eyeshadow and remember that mascara can play havoc if your glasses sit right up close to your face. Therefore steer clear. But, if your glasses are unframed, you can play up your eyes, so go for a neutral metallic shadow, volumising mascara and liner.
Lip Care: give dry, flaky lips the brush-off; add "brushing your lips" to your morning ritual using a soft toothbrush or terry washcloth. Now add some lip balm to smooth the way for lipstick-worthy lips!
Puffiness, redness and bloating on the face: for any kind of puffiness, cold is the secret. For puffiness on your face, try soaking a washcloth in equal parts of whole milk and cold water. Apply the cloth to your face for about 10 to 15 minutes. This will help soothe any irritation as well as reduce the puffiness or bloating. For puffiness around the eyes tea bags work quite well when applied to the eyes. Also another trick I've used and like is keep a spoon in the freezer and apply it gently to your eyes as soon as you wake up in the morning. This relieves puffiness nicely.
Natural face mask for oily skin:
Do this mask after a shower, that way your pores have been opened by the steam, making the mask more effective.
Ingredients:
Egg white.
Half teaspoon lemon juice.
Whisk the egg with a fork, and add the lemon juice. Apply half the mixture to clean skin. Lie back and relax for five minutes, or until it dries. Apply the rest of the mixture and lie back for another five.
Make-up Remover. A great way to take off make-up is with baby oil. Just dab a little on a tissue and swipe across your face!
Long Lasting Eyeshadow! If you want your eyeshadow to last all day long simply apply a thin layer of concealer before applying your eyeshadow. It will usually last you for 24hrs!
