I don't think there is a correct answer to this question. But according to the people who commented, the majority is Musa, and so it's probably Musa, although there is no opinion to back that up. I think it's Layla, although Musa's my favourite between the two of them. And also, I believe watching the different versions of Winx Club can change one's opinions. According to what some people told me about 4kids, Layla controlled liquid, while as far as I'm concerned, in Rai and original, Layla controlled Morfix. But Morfix and Liquid means nothing, what the real answer is, is really what you, yourself think.
Layla is more powerful. Because in season 6 episode 3, Ms. Faragonda asked her, "But Aisha, what happened to your powers?" . Instead of asking Musa ahe asked her as Ms. Faragonda had much expectations from her as being a stronger one.
Layla is the second most powerful fairy. While she may have joined the Winx later, she is one of the most capable fairies at Alfea! I'd have to go with Aisha!
thats a hard one i think Musa is the most powerful, as she can musical shcok waves into the air and that. on the other hand, layla is the most usefull as she can shape her morfix into a car, a spare computer, a bow and arrow, animals to fight for her etc. i still think musas is the most powerful though as she is stronger and more expirenced as a fairy and a winx. there for, training her magic better. just my oppinion though, i think both of the girls rock. And Nazanin leave poor Layla alone please!
All winxes have different powers.It is not nice to say anyone is lame or unpowerful.All have great powers.They all have specialities and a great adventure.Power always don't come first.Sometimes heartalso comes first.And i think Musa is a great fairy and so is layla.She is just new that's all.So my answer is a tie.
Layla and Musa are both powerful and as someone else commented that Layla is not powerful in the 2 season that is because she just started at Alpha. Before that she was a princess that had to do what she was told.

well i think it is both because they are fairies compared to an ordinary people although i like musa but how about layla shes poor no one have chosen her, so my answer is both even though its not allowed but i am still me so i will make my own answer, but you know? among the seven fairies bloom is the most powerful to all compared to the other winx fairies and maybe bloom will be the new queen of fairies and a replacement of morgana you know. so if bloom is on the choices maybe i choose bloom. whew that was hard to explain :D
Sorry, it's not suitable. Bloom is the strongest but between Layla and Musa.. Layla : She's powerful with her waves, she can make tsunami! Musa : She can be very helpful. If a villain attacks, she can make the villain not concetrate with the attack because sometimes music is annoying.

In my opinion Musa is more powerful . Not simply , but with reasons . First of all she is more experienced. She has shock waves along with strong blasts . Layla only has her strong waves , but she is more useful as seen in season 2 . You know in all places we cant use blasts or in turn it you pounce on us . In world of winx all seems the best and most powerful. As we say its differs from every ones opinion
