Is Sky and Bloom engaged? Or Is Sky and Bloom just girlfriend and boyfriend?

-Sky propose to Bloom at the end of The movie (The Secerts of The Lost Kingdom) and Sky propose to Bloom in the beginning of the movie (Magical Adventure).
-But Winx Club (Rainbow Inc.) has never planned out the wedding of Sky and Bloom or engangement party.

I guess they are just girlfriend and boyfriend. Their marriage might have been cancelled or postponed. The truth is that the writer made the movie without thinking about its consequences on the series.

Sky proposed to Bloom the movie,"Magical Adventure". He later "changed his mind" because of something his father told him, a betrayal that Sky's father couldn't forgive himself. Of course, by the end of the movie, everything had been straightened out, and Bloom and Sky are now engaged.
