Rochelle is the head guard to the Princess of Mars, Rei, who sent her to Alfea when she is 16 to complete her training as a fairy. When she reaches her Believix she will be given the option to return home or continue training, but must come home to take up her father's position as head of the royal court guard once he retires. She is the oldest of 6, with 2 brothers and 3 sisters(6 years between her and the youngest). Rochelle's mother passed away in battle with forces outside the solar system when Rochelle was 8. She is currently dating a specialist from Red Fountain named Damien(short but thick black hair and ocean blue eyes).

-Colliding Galaxies: Two energy discs (one coming from her hand and the other seemingly from the sky, behind the target) collide into each-other, crushing their target.

-Black Hole Trap: A 'black hole' appears underneath it's target and sucks it up, then spits it out and throws it toward the ground. It takes the enemy's power away for 5 minutes. However, it does not have a very accurate aim and Glitter does not use it a lot, because more often than not, she ends up sucking herself up.

-Supernova: If Glitter can concentrate hard enough, she can create a super-massive explosion towards her enemy in a way that mocks a supernova. This is her most powerful attack, but using it really wears her out.

Looks: Medium length light brown hair with long bangs, pale skin, green eyes (which turn purple during transformations), and is on the short side

Short Bio: She has two older sisters, Tessa (Tess) and Yulia (Cockroach), who taught her how to use her magic when she was 12. She has once left her home planet to go to Alfea, but never made it there. Instead, she traveled to Earth (Ugh, I know. >_> Over-used...) and decided to stay there and try to teach herself about her powers (As her sisters only taught her the basics) She tries her best to keep it a secret.

Personality: Girly, curious (almost to the point of nosy), very shy, caring, creative, extremely sensitive, emotional, and slightly insecure.

Looks: She has long platuim blond hair with pink blue and orange highlights. She has crystle blue eyes and pale skin. She wears a light blue t-shirt with a diamond made snowflake, and those pants with the skirt over them. The pants are baggy and the skirt is neon blue with a cotton puff at the bottom left corner. Her gym shoes are a matalic silver.
Fairy form: Her hair is now braided and has silver snowflky like sparkles with a diamond crown. And her skin is slightly sparkly. She has silver and light blue sparkly eye shadow and lipstick.
