The Winx Club Question

In season 2 how could Layla possibly sleep for 4 days straight!

When the girls first find layla she passes out. You next see her wake up in a bed for a sec but then fall back to sleep. Then you see her wakeup, look at her hands and say "I've been asleep for 4 days?"
How could she sleep for that long, without going to the toilet or eating or drinking.

Give me what you think about this.
