The Walking Dead Question

Questions about Carl: Right or wrong?

What would you have done if you had been in Carl's position?

Would you have shot the guy... or left him to supposedly hand over his gun when he was clearly ordered to drop it?

Do you think what Carl did was right or wrong?

What would you have done differently and do you think it would be as safe and effective as Carl's decision?

Do you think the guy's intentions were good or bad?

I think his [Jody's] intentions were good. I think he was just scared.
But after all that had happened- a domino effect- Carl wanted to protect his group. He only had moments to make that call. In a world like that trusting is very difficult.

So, I think Carl was right.

Cool. I'm glad that you see Carl wasn't in the wrong. Also... is Jody a character from the comics, 'cause I never heard of his name until now. Well, I never even saw that guy until this episode.

Rick probably wouldn't have done that, and I think that Carl did the right thing! Last time Rick was in a room with governor and had the chance to kill him, he didn't and got several people killed. So Carl thought that by killing that one kid on the spot could have saved the group from getting themselves into more trouble. The kids intentions were probably good, but he is in a better place now and we can forgive and forget...
