How old is Damon? Not in actually years, but how old was he when he became a vampire? I don't remember if it ever said in the books or in the show.

Damon, in the show, is about 25.

Hmm...i think he was either 19 or 20 when he became a vamp in 1864. Cause it says in the books that stefan was 18, and damon is a year or two older than him..
