Without a doubt, the Season 2 premire. I was speechless the whole time, trying to process all of its epicness; just staring at the screen, sometimes managing to mutter "OMFG".

god. this is such a hard question. trying to remember all the shocking moments in the season 1 episodes, its hard to remember.

Elena was a LIAR, Katherine was very funny, Damon was love crazed (although adorable, as always!!), Stefan was a psychotic jackass, Jeremy and Tyler were mostly normal (but cute!!). Really twisted episode! :) ;)

Yes! It was so shocking, I totally didn't see Jeremy dying, I was like Woah! XD

Woahh..the ending shocked the hell outta mee! xD
But also the return of Katherine in Founder's Day!

Every episode gets more shocking.

Def this one, without a doubt; Damon's pure honesty with Elena (so soon), Katherine smothering Caroline, Damon snapping Jeremy's neck. Whoa, it all made for an amazing episode.
Second most shocking would have to be Founder's Day or Haunted for me.
