The show has great friendships, but I don't like how they start a beautiful friendship and then just forget about it. Like in the beginning of s1 Stefan and Matt had some great scenes, they were bonding and Matt was involved with the main characters, but since season 1 I can't even remember one single Matt/Stefan scene. Also Caroline and Stefan, they are so amazing together, but they had only like 3-4 episodes. Tyler and Matt were best friends, but I can't remember the last time they had a real scene. Bonnie and Matt were cute, but again they don't interact anymore. The only constant friendships are Damon and Alaric (which is my fave <3), and Bonnie/Elena/Caroline...

But they are OK with love stories, except for Stefan/Rebekah, cause after 3x04, it's like they've never been a couple, they just dropped their story, which is sad cause I really loved them and I thought they had potential to be endgame <3

Definitely. Remember all the hype about Delena, Stelena etc. The love stories are for plenty of us one of the main reasons to actually watch this show.
But sadly I have to agree with @OTHjovana they've just dropped a lot of nice friendships.
