I'm writing a paper on the online movement of television shows and I wanted to know how many people watch their shows online and how many people watch their shows on a TV.

I only watch it online bcause the current series is not on tv in nz but i will watch on tv when it comes on tv :)

I watch a lot of movies online but I don't usually have to watch TV shows online because in Canada we get them at the same time as the US, or sometimes a day earlier (Bones). The only time I watch a TV show online is if I want to rewatch something and don't particularly feel like buying the DVD, I don't get the channel that it's on, or on the rare occasion that I miss an episode of one of my shows (usually because I was watching a hockey game instead). =D

Online for sure because:

1. The show is far behind with the episodes in Germany and apart from the fact that I'm rather impatient to see the new ones I also wouldn't be able to discuss the show on Fanpop if I always had to be afraid of spoilers.

2. Even when the episodes air in Germany, I don't want to watch them because I don't like dubbed versions! I want to hear the original voices!

In the Netherlands, they finished S01 last year, and then they stopped airing episodes. So I have to watch it online, or I can't watch TVD =(

In my country Vd season 2 is on it's 12th episode.I watched it like 4 months ago online.

I watch it online because we're like 5 episodes behind in the UK, but when it comes on the TV I watch it again. I prefer seeing it on the tele.

In Hungary they're in season 2 right now, 2x17 or 2x18 I think...
