I knew she was going to give Damon the cure because of her reaction when Damon was leaving without saying goodbye, she was concerned about him. And also because she owed him for the vervain.

Honestly, I didn't get why Stefan though she wouldn't give Damon the cure. Even if she didn't love Damon (which I think she did) why wouldn't she just step by and give him blood before run away?
