What's my opinion of Elena?

Well, she's my favorite character on TVD. Has been since the beginning. Even though she's the main character, I'd have to say she's hugely under-appreciated.

She's had to endure so much, and imo, she's the strongest character emotionally on TVD. Not to mention she's a total BAMF. I mean, she killed an ORIGINAL for Gods sake! AN ORIGINAL! Not to mention she stood up to Damon (when she was bleeding of all times), Stefan, Noah, Rose, Elijah, the list goes on and on.

This is all without powers, btw. She's a HUMAN and is capable of more then most supernatural creatures would be able to do. She's understanding and doesn't judge somebody by their actions alone but by looking closer at what caused it in the first place.

Basically she's amazing.

I don't like her. I don't know if there's one scene with her where I liked how she acted. But when she's with Stefan , eh xD , things change. I love their relationship because it's perfect and with that I said all.

I don't go in for anemic-looking chicks. I think the producers need to feed Nina or give her a shot of coffee or something. She's just so...blah.

the only time i dislike her is sometimes when she's with Stefan.

Otherwise I just don't care about her.

They asked your opinion of ELENA. Not NINA. Can you tell the difference? I know you seem to have trouble separating the actor and character of Damon on the CW boards as well. Don't bash the actors/actresses. It makes you pathetic.

The best female character on the show. She is so great! She is perfect for Damon. But she doesn't need any of the Salvatore brothers to be great! She is great for who she is.

Nina's interpretation of Elena lacks "spirit", "uhmpf", "life" and/or "energy". As such, I've found fault with the character she plays. It has caused me to form an unflattering opinion of said character. This is my opinion of Elena Gilbert.

I like her but I do not love her why?: the fact that Elena forgive anything to stefan piss me of, then Elena blame all the time Damon is so unfair on his part I think .elena can't be so injust

I really appreciate Elena's strength and while her need to sacrifice herself can get annoying occasionaly, people overlook why she's doing this...she's selfless, beautiful, smart, etc.
While she's no Katherine, she is an amazing character in her own way.

I think Elena is herself with Stefan and I really don't think she's herself with Damon. So... this one. :D

I don't really care about her that much. But I do admire some of her qualities, she is very selfless, emotionally strong and extremely caring. But most of the time, I truly don't care for her TBH.

Pathetic character and Nina's acting has made it more pathetic, Caroline is the best female character in the show.They should have made Caroline the lead character.Can't stand Elena at all.Awful.

she's not bad, i mean she's a great friend, but i think she's so much better with damon, and she's herself, fiery and fun, the real her with him :)
