I was just thinking about it. Brady & Jules were friends with Mason; Mason was dating Katherine, which leads me to wonder whether they met her or not.

I don't think they know her cause I don't think Mason would've told them he was dating a vampire. And if they did know he was judging on how much they hate vampires I'm pretty sure they would've like kicked him out of there pack or whatever and wouldn't be going through so much trouble to avenge his death.

No. i think they don't know her. they have no idea what Mason doing at town and that he dating with vampire.

They seem to be pretty damn anti-vampire and pro werewolves stick together so I think they would have thought of it as a betrayal of the highest order had they known about Mason being with Katherine.

Yeah, Mason wouldn't have introduced her to them, cause they would have known instantly she was a vampire.
