Anna has a hard time of it {kinda} but Damon suffers the most.

I think Damon suffered alot. But you gotta consider that Damon lived with his humanity turned off most of the time, making it a lot easier for him, while Stefan lived with it on most of the time. Then again, Stefan has had his fun as a vampire (with Lexi), and I think that Damon was living with his humanity off because it was too hard for him to have it on. So I don't know. I think they both have had hard lives.

Well it actually very hard to determine which one has had the hardest life as a vampire!! We all know that they've had their ups and down so it's not very fair to say that only one of them has had it the hardest!!

I don't see how anyone can say that Stefan has it the hardest.
He's gotten everything out of life, and Damon has gotten nothing.

I think it's Anna? because she live all time, and want to find her mother.

Stefan chooses to completely go against the nature of being a vampire. And Damon, well, he needs to let some things go.

Damon has spent his entire existence trying to rescue the person he loved more than anything. Only then to find out she never even cared for him. His life sucks... Plus, he never wanted to become a vampire, he resisted, but Stefan just shoved it down his throat.

We don't know what Katherine have been doing, Damon suffered for love not because of the vampire thing, so Stefan suffered more because he goes completely against his vampire nature.
