Wouldn't it be awesome if Katherine came back and charmed Stefan, he fell in love with her and they got together. After all, he admitted the thing that drew him to Elena from the very beginning was how much she looked like Katherine! Hmm! Makes you wonder eh?

I thought about our Stefan too, rrpdsks. When my friends were like "What's Damon going to think?" I was like "Damon?!?! What about Stefan!?" I think he'll have pain seeing Katherine, but will determine to keep her away from Elena. An angry ex-vampire girlfriend and human girlfriend would not be a friendly mix. In the end she'll tell him she still loves him, but he'll say he loves Elena (btw, most likely she will be present) Then hopefully she can run away with Damon. :) Oh well, wishfull thinking.

He loves her. It's true he can't deny it, and she loves him, when she was about to die and she knew she was going to die she decided to make her last words, "I love you stefan" in blood brothers I was like who would choose Stefan over Damon? Seriously who and more importantly, why?

Having Katherine get back with Damon and Stefan still all shacked up happily with Elena will be pretty boring.

Katherine favoured Stefan. She didnt look for Damon and she turned Stefan even though she had to compel him. She wants him more.

I think he loves her more than he lets on. He says he's over her, but it's obvious he isn't. I mean, the thing that attracted him to Elena in the first place was because she looked like Katherine, so that's the first clue. Secondly, all the way through season one Damon was "obsessed" with her and in love with her and Stefan seemed oblivious to the whole thing, like he didn't care about Katherine anymore at all; so I'm taking this as a hint that he is going to take her return the hardest.

I don't need JP/KW to confirm, it's obvious if you watch the show.
