Not because I think He acts better then the others.
Its just happens few times and He usually has one tear. Its so TOUCHING more then when they crying their eyes out :)

All...but im gonna go with Rebekah, because we see this badass tough girl act that she's closed off her human emotions and just follows her brother, klaus around and helps him with his diabolical plans....it was refreshing to see the ep "Ordinary People" and see another side to her, hence why i think Rebekah in some ways is the female version of Damon but with alot more edge.

And Bonnie's break down scene... I cried

I think damon because he only really cries when he's really hurt plus he is an amazing actor

Stefan looks constipated when he cries, Elena cries to much that I've lost the need to cry when she cries anymore, and I don't really have anything to say about Caroline&Rebekahs because I think their both pretty good at it, Damon is the best! Ian's acting is outstanding. It's so sad to see him broken and crying its so sad because he's not someone that everyone excepts to see crying and he only cries when he's really hurt like @star17 said. And I think its just so amazing and touching that I can't even breath when I see him like that.!

Paul is the only TVD actor who cries naturally. Yes, he do not look handsome when he cries, but people in real life do not look good when they cry.
It feels like other actors care too much how they will look like .

Damon and Jeremy crying makes me cry every time.
