As I couldn't find a list of all the TVD related clubs and nobody else seemed to know about one either, I decided to make one because I think it will be useful to discover new clubs or to make your own club known by more people.
If you know more TVD related clubs or if you have just created a new one, please post the link in the comments below and I will add it to the list as soon as possible!
UPDATE: The list now also contains clubs related to The Originals TV show. So if there are more of those, tell me too!
