since there is way to many icon contests going on I thought I'd add in a banner competition, it's very similar to icon contests, just instead of icons you will make banners, Read the rules to find out what you need to do:
Rules
1. NO stealing, this ruler is a major rule or should be a major rule in any contest, you may not use banners that are made by someone else, you must make them yourself.
2. No gifs (animated images)
3. You may not enter a banner you had previously made before this contest
4. You follow the theme
5. Once it goes up on pick you may NOT vote for yourself

Other Things to Know:
1. It will go on pick for 5 days
2. 1st place winner receives 5 props, 2nd place receives 3 props, 3rd place receives 2 props
3. You can choose to make either 1 or 2 banners for the round, Please label them #1&#2
4. Winner gets to choose the topic for the next round
