this is just like any other icon contest, except in this Icon Contest you will make icons that are COLORFUL! When I say colorful I mean rainbow, blue, green, red, yellow, ect. icons, how it works is a topic is chosen such as a character, a color, an episode, ect. for each round. Each of your fabulous icons will be on pick for 3 days, after the 3 days have past and we find out who the winner of the round is, they will receive 2 props and get to chose the topic for the next round, for those who win try to make the topic that you choose very specific like for example Purple Katherine, Rainbow Elena, Blue Damon, ect. Ok enough of me talking lets get to the rules and things to know:
Rules:
1. NO stealing icons!
2. No animated images(gifs)
3. No voting for yourself
4. You must follow the theme

Other Things to Know:
1. Icons will be put up on pick for 3 days
2. Winner of the round will receive 2 props
3. Winner of the round will get to choose the topic for the next round
4. Anyone who participates after 5 times receives 5 props
5. While we wait to see the winner of the round I will open a new round, and when we find the winner they will choose the topic for whatever round we happen to be on
