Bonnie closed her suitcase and lifted it from the ground. She carried it, but it was really heavy. She needed Caroline for this. After all she would need a place to stay when she left the clinic. Which was today. She had signed her release.
“Are you going somewhere?” a male voice asked. Bonnie waited for Keith to catch up with her. Maybe he could carry her suitcase for her. And indeed, as soon as he was standing next to her he said: “Here, let me do that”
He took the suitcase out of her hands and released Bonnie from her burden.
“So, are you leaving?” he asked.
“Yeah, I feel a lot better” Bonnie said. “Besides, my friends need me”
“The sick one?” Keith asked.
“No. According to Caroline the herbs did their job and Elena’s fine” Bonnie said. “It’s Damon who needs me, though he will never admit it”
“But you tortured him, which means you pissed him off. Plus he’s a vampire, he can kill you” Keith said concerned. “You should stay here. This is a good hiding place”
“Maybe” Bonnie said. “But I’m done hiding”

Interviewer: Was there a debate in the writer's room as to whether she would choose Stefan or Damon in this episode, or did you always agree that it would be Stefan?
Julie Plec: We were heading toward the end of the road knowing that as a human, Stefan was Elena's choice. We also knew what was going to happen at the end of the episode. Elena is no longer a human when she wakes up and when the memories come back and when her whole life goes upside-down. Who's to say what that does to her? Who's to say what kind of person she becomes, and how that impacts who she loves and why she loves them? I'm not saying that's going to send her running instantly into Damon's arms, absolutely not, but it's going to cloud the issue even more.

I have been obsessed with the vampire diaries for like ever and I was so excited for this season to start! However, after watching the first and second episodes, it felt kind of boring for some reason. I think that the whole season 3 is meant to have a more upbeat and less of a gothic and dark atmosphere, like season 2, but for some reason I don't feel the same spark and passion and i guess, epicness that season 2 really had. i have also heard about the ratings and number of viewers plummet and so i feel like i'm not the only one who thinks that there's something missing. I noticed that I am losing interest in the show, because I forgot about the new 'hybrid' 3x02 episode that premiered on thursday, so i watched it later over the weekend on dvr.
