vicki said "Don't you hurt him!" but who was that meant for?

The beginning Tyler punches Damon, and Vicki says "Don't you hurt him!".
Was she saying that to Tyler, telling him to not hurt Damon, meaning she has afeection and care for Damon?
OR was she saying it to Damon, because she thought Damon would hurt or kill Tyler after tyler punched him?
