How about Abby?

In the show, it's been said that one can't be both a witch and a vampire. Now, Damon turned Abby. Is Abby just dead now, or will she still be in transition?

She's in transition. She probably will become a vampire and like you said, you can't be both witch and vampire so she will no longer be a witch :)
