Am I the only one who feels kind of bad for Klaus?

I mean honestly. He was the son of an affair his mother had. That means his father basically hated him the most and would always be cruel to him. And then it mentioned how the original witch (his mother) always hated him and tricked him that he would have to kill the doppleganger to unleash that side of him. Because honestly with those parents it is quite obvious on why Klaus is the way he is. Either that or I try to find good things in all characters...

Klaus's parents may have been horrible to him, but he wasn't alone. He had Rebekah and Elijah there with him and they loved him and were loyal to him. Despite that, he chose to murder his mother, betray Elijah, and lie straight to Rebekah's face for over a thousand years, all in the name of vengeance.

As much as I sympathize with his pitiful life as a human, there's no excuse for the selfish choices he's made since then. He's not the victim anymore - he's become a bully, just like his father. He alone is responsible for his actions as an adult and he deserves to answer for them.

Agree with you completely.....It's amazing that even after so many betrayals, at the end of the day, both Rebekah and Elijah think good for Klaus...Mikael was wrong for rejecting and punishing klaus for something he never did but Klaus had no reasons for being so cruel and ruthless

hmm I don't know, I thought his mother was the original witch who made the curse but I don't know, I think I might;ve gotten a bit confused

yes i did feel bad for him i even wanted to hug him right up to the scene where we learned he killed his own mother sorry but i don't care how mean ur momy or dady was on u, u never ever hurt them in any way.and what makes it worse is that he lied about it to rebekah so after that no idon't feel bad for him

Yeah I know, that is why i said kind of, like I felt wicked but for Rebekah and then I felt bad for him and annoyed with him at the same time.
