Ahahahahaha!!!! I just picked this coz of the picture. I didn't like the 1st part. I thought the bit when they brought Saxon back was silly, badly thought out and unessiary. Great tho. I'm really glad he got to say goodbye to everyone. I was managing ok untill, he was like, I don't want to go, and then I cried. We didn't want you to go either :'( Great twist at the end and the whole a great send off :)

I admit it, End of Time I and II were not my favorite RTD episodes, yet they were deeply moving. I found judicious the goodbye sequence since it was not only the end of Ten's era but also the end of Russell T Davies' era (who is, and will always be my favorite DW writer). RTD made a definitive farewell to his babies - Rose, Martha, Donna, Jack.. Yes, it was definitely upsetting, but the whole ending was getting "too" emotional : "I could've done so much", "I don't want to go" : remember the ninth Doctor, he bowed out in style, but in a hurry, he had maybe 3 minutes in which to say goodbye, ending with "You were fantastic, and so was I". Ten was just whining, loudly complaining about how he didn't want to leave and that really got on my nerves. Don't get me wrong, I loved him, he's my favorite Doctor ever, but he was far too prideful for his own good.
