Tracy has been looking for a foster home ever since she was seven. When she was 10 a lady called Camilla Lawson (Cam) came to The Dumping Ground to write about the children there, and their backstories. After that day Tracy and Cam started going out together. Eventually Tracy got fostered by Cam, but later on Tracy set Cam's kitchen on fire and had to move back to the Dumping Ground for a while. Once the kitchen was refurbished Tracy moved back in. Tracy became very bored without anyone to play with (Cam was writing) and eventually called The DG. They were very excited to have her back and Tracy kept going there day after day.
