I'd love to see all of these, except maybe Cletus. I love him as a character but there's not enough wit for a spin-off!

Young Homer is an interesting idea. Think I have to go with Lenny and Carl though, simply because they have so many good lines and their characters keep going off in all random directions, the oppurtunities are limitless!
