Mostly throughout the seasons. I think the few times she made mistakes was when she wanted to be popular & tried to change her persona. I don't remember the rest of the episodes. ._.
Actually, she does mess up, ALOT lol, one good example is when she petitioned for Springfield to switch off all the lights so that she could enjoy the stars. But the lack of light led to a free-for-all and an increase in burglary and crime rates hahahaha
Oh, why do I suck lol, just because I disagree with you?? haha I mean the proof is there, ask any real Simpson fan. The star petition is in Season 14 Episode 16 ( 'Scuse Me While I Miss The Sky). So if you want to debate with me that she does mess up, here is another one. In Season 6 Episode 2 (Lisa's Rival) she actually sabotages Alison's diorama because she felt that she was going to beat her in a competition. There are tonnes more examples, so you can't say that she doesn't mess up at all, she has the right intentions but she does lie from time to time. I'm just being fair....
