becuse side shoe bob dressed up like kusty the clown and robed the quickie mart and framed the clown and homer told bart what he did befor he robed the quickie mart and he was near the micowave and the clown is not allowed to be near it and then homer said he had big feet but thr clown dose not have big feet but side show bob dose and bart fined it out
