Well, I think Amy and Ricky will get together soon, cause I think that deep down that Ricky wants to be with Amy but until he realizes it he's concentrated on being a good dad for John. In Hot Nuts you see this because Ricky is on the phone with Amy and he says 'If Ben and Adrian weren't here, would we have a shot at a relationship?' he wants it but I do't think they'll get together anytime soon...possibly in the next season?

See, the writers know that a majority of Secret Life fans ship R/A. Therefore, they want to drag their relationship out as long as possible (including taking a long time to even get them together). That way, you'll keep watching, waiting for them to happen.
