At the start of the book, Amos said that Manhattan had other gods - the Greek gods - so in a way it's possible. I doubt it will happen though.

Rick Riordan said it wouldn't happen--and in my opinion, it would be too complicated and they are different mythologyies, so i would say no.

I would prefer to keep them separated it would get too awkward if Percy appears. Maybe if someone wrote a fanfictions, yes. But not in the real thing.
