The Outsiders Question

Were you upset/dissapointed that Dallas had medium length Brown hair in the movie and not long bleach blonde like mentioned in the book??? Or were you happy cause he was hotter than you pictured him in your head while reading the book.

In my opinion, I pictured Dallas to look alot different than he apperad in the movie while I was reading the book, but he was so hot in the movie that i didn't care. I <3 DALLY

A little actually. I pictured him really well in my head having blonde hair and blue eyes, so when I saw the movie I was kind surprised. I like Matt Dillons portrayal of Dally but I still kind of see Movie Dallas and Book Dallas as two different people.

idk, i read lots of Dallas's scenes over and over years before i saw the movie so i kind of so its hard to picture him differently.
