'The Originals' Season 3 Spoilers: Lucien, Tristan Working Together, Will In Grave Danger?

It looks like things in "The Originals" are finally heating up. While Klaus\' ex-girlfriend paid him a visit in last Thursday\'s episode of season 3 of The CW show, viewers should most be worried about what\'s coming next for the Mikaelsons.

If you\'re wondering whether Lucien and Tristan are working together, you aren\'t far from the truth. Executive producer of "The Originals," Michael Narducci, spoke to reporters following Cami\'s arrest in episode 5 and said it\'s possible that the duo are working together. But why?

"These vampires understand a prophecy has been delivered that the Mikaelsons are going to die," Narducci revealed (via TVLine), "[They\'re thinking], \'Even though we have strife between us, the danger is that we\'ll be wiped out when our sires are wiped out. Let\'s put aside our differences and find a way to hijack this prophecy and make it work out in our best interest.\'"

The desire to survive is certainly strong, and Lucien and Tristan will put their differences aside in order to find ways to live even if the Mikaelsons die.

Meanwhile, it looks like detective Will Kinney will start making connections and delve deeper into the supernatural world in New Orleans, TVLine reports.

Moreover, this snooping around is going to land him in some serious trouble — one he won\'t be able to get out of. "He just winds up in a real bad place, like, real bad," Jason Dohring, who plays Will, told the website," explaining that Will will face some serious vampire trouble soon. "We were exhausted after shooting. Compulsions and violence, [it was] gruesome," the actor added.

How long will detective Will stay human or alive is a big question mark.
