Yes! I love Jim and Dwight! If John and Rainn didn't have as great of chemistry as they do, the show wouldn't be nearly as popular as it is.

I love Jim and Pam, but the chemistry between Dwight and Michael is hilarious.

I think they have the comedic timing of any of the pairings. They're scenes together are just perfect.

I think my favorite moment - or one of them - is after Andy tries to pick up Pam (once Jim coached him) and he speaks Pig Latin for heaven's sake, and as he walks away from reception, Pam and Jim exchange these looks are are just priceless. It's classic.

There are other characters i enjoy more, especially lately. But if we're talking chemistry, it'd be crazy to say anyone has better.

Jim and Pam have such great chemistry together (as well as the actors themselves) but Jim and Dwight are a big reason of what makes the show so great..
