People love what they grew up eating. And I'm guessing Kevin loves "Fauxican" food or Mexican food that's been Americanized. Oscar probably loves enchiladas con mole, menudo, horchata, caldo, barbacoa, y arroz con pollo. Real Mexican food, not the Tex-Mex crap served at most American restaurants.
