I thought really hard about it and Angela and Dwight are definetly not together in The Dundies. They first time they show them actually together is in Email Surveillance. That leaves Sexual Harassment, Office Olympics, The Fire, Halloween, The Fight, The Client and Performance Review...I can't find any interaction between them in any of those episodes, so I don't know when they hooked up.
